Our Current Projects
Right now we’re renovating and redesigning a large chalet to transform it into a six bedroom family home in one of the French Alps’ most exclusive ski resorts. Working with the best materials the project includes building a large underground extension, re-landscaping the gardens and installing an enormous, structural glass window to make the most of the property’s uninterrupted mountain views. The whole chalet will be rebuilt using old reclaimed wood
Umbrian New Build
After helping our clients secure building land at auction, and at a much reduced price, Fervidus White are now in the process of designing and building their new family home. Blending old and new is one of our signatures and in this property we will build the living space from reclaimed, natural stone then linked it to a more modern bedroom area with an innovative glass corridor. And, as the land was chosen for its location, we will also installed a plunge pool with wide open views of the surrounding hills and valleys
We found for this client a derelict farmhouse which we are turning it into a luxurious main four bedroom family home. The project includes demolishing an existing annexe and rebuilding it as an additional two-bedroom guest house with its own, private portico. A further annexe is to be converted into a games’ room with swimming pool. Additionally we’re also landscaping the grounds which include a large olive grove and vineyard; relocating the original access road; moving overhead electricity and telephone cables underground; and designing a BBQ and outdoor seating area opening out from the kitchen of the main house.
Happy client comes back
We are in the process of restoring an old villa on the shore of Lake Como. Including the complete renovation of the property into a spacious chic and elegant two bedroom home, we are also building a new traditional mooring dock providing easy access to the boat and lake swimming. We restored another property for this client about 15 years ago and it is great to be working with them again.
We have sourced and are now in the process of acquiring a derelict building on the edge of an historic walled town in Tuscany. The property sits in a one hectare olive grove and, if our acquisition is successful, we intend to renovate it into a two bedroom house – for a fraction of the cost of purchasing an equally beautiful home in this area
